If you require free assistance at a police station or a military interview under caution, (including military interviews in Germany), please contact Friends In Law. Serving soldiers are bound by the requirement to comply with the Queen’s Regulations. Breach of these regulations can lead to disciplinary action of investigation and prosecution by the services police. Military interviews should be conducted in compliance with ‘Codes of Practice’ very similar to the Codes of Practice applied at police stations. Investigation may lead to prosecution of service personnel in military courts by way of courts martial proceedings. Soldiers interviewed under caution by military police are entitled to free legal representation in interview.
